Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ILARI, available at ilariplanner.com, including its digital Planning House, planning rooms, event documents and related services (“Service”). By creating an account, purchasing access or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What ILARI provides

ILARI is a self-service digital event-planning platform. Features may include guest and RSVP management, budgets, vendors, checklists, timelines, seating plans, event hall layouts, planning progress, event documents and downloadable Event Packs. ILARI provides planning software and organisational tools; it is not your event planner, venue, vendor, financial adviser or a party to agreements you make with third parties.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for using the Service lawfully.

3. Occasion Passes

An Occasion Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks planning access for one specific occasion for the selected period: 3, 6, 12 or 18 months. An Occasion Pass is attached to that occasion and cannot be reused to plan a different event. Changing an occasion into a materially different event to avoid purchasing separate access is not permitted.

4. Occasion Pass expiry

When an Occasion Pass expires, editing and planning access for that occasion may be locked. Existing documents and Event Pack materials may remain available, subject to our data-retention practices. Expiry does not automatically delete the occasion. Further access may require a new eligible purchase.

5. Planner Pro

Planner Pro is a recurring monthly subscription for users who need to plan and manage multiple events at the same time. It renews automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless applicable law or an approved refund provides otherwise, access continues through the paid-through date.

6. Prices, taxes and payments

ILARI prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, currency conversion and other checkout amounts may be calculated or disclosed before payment. Payments are processed through Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record for ILARI purchases processed through Paddle. Paddle handles the payment transaction and payment-related buyer support in accordance with its applicable terms.

7. Purchase acceptance

Before starting checkout, you must confirm the purchase disclosures presented on the Plans & Billing page, including the applicable plan type, whether payment is one-time or recurring, and links to these Terms and our Refund Policy. You are responsible for reviewing the final price, taxes and order details displayed at checkout before completing payment.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Occasion Passes are one-time purchases for digital access to one occasion. Cancellation, postponement or abandonment of the underlying event does not by itself make the purchase refundable. Planner Pro may be cancelled to stop future renewals. Refunds and remedies are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable procedures and mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Your content and guest information

You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You grant ILARI the limited rights necessary to host, process, reproduce and display that content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service. If you enter information about guests, vendors or other people, you are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis, consent or permission to collect and use it.

10. Invitations and communications

You are responsible for invitation content, recipients and any information you choose to share or export. You must not use ILARI for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsolicited communications.

11. Acceptable use

You may not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with or damage the Service, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's information, bypass payment or access controls, scrape the Service in an abusive manner, or use ILARI for unlawful purposes. You may not resell, copy or exploit ILARI software, branding or proprietary templates except where permitted by law or authorised by us in writing.

12. Intellectual property

ILARI's name, branding, software, interfaces, original templates, designs and other proprietary materials belong to ILARI or its licensors. Your use of the Service does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

13. Availability, changes and data

We work to keep ILARI reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, improve, add, remove or change features where reasonably necessary. You should download or retain copies of event information and documents that are especially important to you.

14. Third-party services

ILARI may rely on third-party providers for functions such as authentication, hosting, databases, payments and communications. Those providers may operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

15. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect ILARI, users or third parties, respond to non-payment or suspected misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

16. Disclaimers and liability

Planning information in ILARI is provided as an organisational aid. You remain responsible for event decisions, bookings, payments to vendors, safety arrangements and verification of event details. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ILARI is not responsible for vendor performance, event outcomes or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as ILARI develops or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will appear on this page. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide appropriate notice or request renewed acceptance where required.

18. Applicable consumer rights

These Terms operate subject to applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections available in your country or region continue to apply where they cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
